What Do You Want to Know?
Are you a boarding kennel?
No. We provide daycare and sitting services at the comfort of your residence because it is the environment that your pet is familiar with.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
Normally we will walk up to 4 dogs at one go. We do not perform walking with other clients' pet. Therefore, all of our attention is given only to your pets
My pets needs to go to the vet. Can you take them?
Yes we can. As part of our "Groomer and Vet visit" service, we will take your pet(s) on your behalf and stay there until the appointment is over. Therefore the charges are slightly higher as compared to our regular Pet Taxi service. However, our charges will exclude any Groomer or Clinic fee.
If I engage your Pet Taxi service for a return trip, will you stay with me until my functions are over?
Yes, for return trip bookings, we will wait for you. Example: Vet's Appointment, we will wait outside the clinic for you to finish your consultation. The first 30 minutes is included in our fee. Thereafter, every 30 minutes will be chargeable at $12
Is there any surcharges?
Yes we do. There will be surcharge for service outside our normal operating hours, eg: Outside office hours, Public Holiday, etc. There will also be surcharges for some locations, eg: Airport, Sentosa, Tuas, Airfreight Centre, CBD,etc.

My cat was recently imported into Singapore and it is currently under Quarantine. What service can you provide
We can provide companionship for your cat. However there will be no exercise activities. Walking exercises and activities are only available for dogs. Our service includes companionship and a 10 minutes play and walk session in the facility's dog run.
What is Pet Butler Service?
Basically, we will assist you with purchases from your preferred shop. You will only need to provide us with the details of the item(s) that you wish to purchase and we will purchase and deliver it to you. If the item is not available, we will contact you for your alternatives.
My company is relocating me to oversea/Singapore. Can you assist me with the move of my pets
Yes we will be able to assist you. However, we will refer you to our partner, Pets 2 Go, and have them assist you with the relocation, be it your pets or your household. For more information, please refer to their website www.pets2go.sg
Can my pets sit with me or it has to be in a carrier?
We do not always require dogs to be transported in a carrier. However, for cats, they will have to be transported in a carrier. If you do not have one, we can arrange for one to be made available.
